I am not going to lie or down play it....I LOVE VALENTINE'S DAY.

Is it because my birthday is the day before?? Hmmm....

The 34th Niemann Grandchild

Carson Lawrence was born just the other day, January 20, 2011.
I have not yet seen him in person, but from the look of the pictures, he is sooooo darling!!

I am so so happy for all of them! Aunt Lyn & Uncle Michael are doing great! What a blessing. 

Carson brings the grand total to 34 grandchildren.

Eighteen?!

It is hard to believe that my BABY brother is 18 years old today!

We had a family lunch at Sportsman's and then he and I went and saw Little Fockers. It was a great day!

I love him so much!!!!

NYR {new year's resolution} 2: make playdough

I am a preschool teacher, and it is my 'duty' to make a new batch of this delightful, gooey substance in the next few days.

However, I have never made it.

We have had the same stuff in our room since September, so I guess the time has come to replenish our stash.

NYR {new year's resolution} 1: keep in better touch

I really am so blessed to have so many wonderful friends in my life, and I am resolving this year to keep in better touch with them. The days get crazy and I get lazy, but I need to make a better effort in this department, even if it's just a phone call.
